Really good Stay

helpful service laundry service fitness routine

The staff provides a very helpful service. The laundry service was good, my clothes returned clean and on time. I found the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It allowed me to keep up with my fitness routine.

The minibar prices are quite high.

Bombay Brasserie provided the best Indian food I have tasted. Service there was superb, so I felt welcomed. The breakfast included a wide spread of options each morning.

superb experience overall

friendly staff central location well-appointed room daily maid service

i found the staff friendly. the location suited my needs well, as it was close to historical museums. my room was well-appointed. daily maid service ensured fresh linens and towels each day (a definite plus over other options).

i did notice a slight, almost unnoticeable, musty smell in the hallway near the elevators on the ground floor, but it was very faint and didn't affect my room or overall experience.

the room featured a comfortable king-size bed and a spacious bathroom. i appreciated the availability of complimentary bottled water refilled daily. the mountain view offered a scenic backdrop to the room.

mountain view indoor pool

The mountain view suite offered an AMAZING view. The health spa facilities included a well-equipped gym. I also appreciated the lovely indoor pool.

The connecting door to another room was an issue. The noise from the tv at a reasonable volume disturbed the occupants. I had to leave to avoid complaints.

rain shower comfy bed mountain view slow service uninterested staff long wait

my room had a walk-in rain shower. the bed was comfy. i also enjoyed the water they filled every day. i had a great view of lions head and table top from my balcony.

i waited an hour for a boiled egg at breakfast. the staff seemed more interested in removing items from tables. i waited 25 minutes for a cup. the service was shocking.

rsa parliament gym equipment modern security

the eleventh floor provided a full view of the RSA parliament. the gym includes up-to-date equipment. the modern security system added to my peace of mind .

the room was not as clean as i would have hoped. i found a bit of dust behind the bed.

daily service top breakfast small mattress mediocre tv

The rooms had a good layout. daily maid service included fresh towels and linen changes. It was much better than any airbnb. breakfast each day was delicious and the service in the restaurant was top notch.

the room needed maintenance. the tv channel selection felt mediocre. the mattress cover was too small for the king bed, and this made sleep uncomfortable. i think we got a upgrade, but it looked like a standard room.
